Selection of Business Process Modeling Tool with the Application of Fuzzy DEMATEL and TOPSIS Method

The business process modeling tool selection problem has a significant impact on the overall performance of enterprise modeling, which will directly affect development information systems. Apart from that, to select all alternatives is Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem. This paper develops methodology based hybrid fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) Technique for Order Performance by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method help companies optimal tool, where more efficient, economic safe. proposed following state-of-the-art contributions features: (1) latest application MCDM field BPM selection, (2) addressing direct indirect between criteria in tools, (3) considering (uncertainty) decision-making issue process. Meanwhile, mathematical formula TOPSIS can be regarded as solving symmetric DEMATEL used obtain weight considered process, final tool.
